Sports Physicals  May 3, 2012 8:30a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Did you know that in order to participate in a sport all students must have a sports physical on file with the athletic office?  Coupeville Middle/High School offers an annual sports physical to all of our students.  This comprehensive physical is conducted by a team of experts and volunteers lead by Dr. Yorioka and P.A. Young.  They generously give back all the proceeds to fund a scholarship that is awarded annually to a Coupeville High School graduate.

This physical will cover your student for the entire 2012-2013 school year.  Board policy states that all athletes must have a sports physical every 13 months to remain eligible to play a sport.

The cost of the physical is $40.  To sign up contact Debby Bockman via email at dbockman@coupeville.k12.wa.us, phone at 678-4409, option 8 or come in and sign up on the clipboard on her counter.  Sign-ups close May 2, 2012.

Students will be given their appointment time the morning of the physicals.  Please send with them completed and signed paperwork and $40 cash or check made payable to Yorioka/Young Scholarship the day of the physicals.  The office staff will not be accepting any payments or paperwork.
