Healthy Youth Survey

Coupeville High School will participate in the Healthy Youth Survey on Thursday, October 18th and Friday, October 19th.
The survey asks questions about risks for injury, health outcomes, and alcohol and drug use. 
Schools, State and local agencies use survey results to support our youth and reduce their risks. The Healthy Youth Survey is voluntary and anonymous and provides important information to guide policy and programs that serve our youth.

and feel free to contact the school with additional questions.

Student Registration

The High School Office hours are 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. daily.

Please call the Registrar, Marie Bagby to set up an appointment to register your Middle School and High School Students. Her direct phone number is 360-678-2415 and she is located in the red part of the building within the High School Office.

Please bring a transcript, copy of immunizations, copy of a birth certificate and proof of residency.
Examples of but not limited to proof of residency are:

-Copy of rental agreement/contract with address and your name.
-Home utility or water bill.
-Property tax bill.
-Pay stub that includes your name and address.
-Business mail dated within the last 60 days.
-Moorage bill or contract showing you live on a boat in a marina.


Sport's Physicals  Updated Sport's Physicals are required for each season.

Sign ups/Registration also includes signing up for Activites, and paying fees. 

HS Fall Sports - Volleyball, Girls Soccer, Boys Tennis, and Cross Country 
HS Activites - Cheer, Science Olympiad, Jazz Band, History Day, and FFA (Future Farmers' of America)

Student Activities

Sports! Leadership! Learning! Performing Arts! High school activities allow students to explore their interests. Athletic Director Willie Smith coordinates all athletic activities. Contact High School Secretary Eileen Stone for athletic registration, physical updates, questions regarding fees, scholarships and payments.

The Office of the State Superintendent of Public Instruction maintains a Washington State Report Card for each public school district and school, showing demographic, assessment, and budget information.
