for 2019 - 2020 Yearbook Orders

Coupeville Parents, Students, and Staff,  
As we all adapt to change, one thing that remains constant is the yearbook tradition of documenting the history of our students and our school year.
We are pleased to announce that our yearbook adviser and staff are working hard to complete
the yearbook and make sure it is printed.

Since copies are limited and school schedules continue to change,
we ask that you please order your yearbook as soon as possible. You can either mail a check to the high school for your order, or for your convenience, order your book through eFunds and follow the directions.

The yearbooks are $55 with ASB and $60 without an ASB.

If you choose to mail your check, please add a note to 
request to reserve your yearbook with your full name to:   CHS Yearbook

Upcoming Events

Due to the current campus closures nationwide, and the social distancing mandates, The College Board has cancelled SAT’s until June. For our campus, the April 14 school day test is also cancelled. The next SAT session will be Saturday, June 6. Coupeville HS campus will open up as a testing center for this day. We will notify CHS students when the session opens up for registration on the SAT website.

The High School Office hours are 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. daily.

Please call the Registrar, Marie Bagby to set up an appointment to register your Middle School and High School Students. Her direct phone number is 360-678-2415 and she is located in the red part of the building within the High School Office.

Please bring a transcript, copy of immunizations, copy of a birth certificate and proof of residency.
Examples of but not limited to proof of residency are:

-Copy of rental agreement/contract with address and your name.
-Home utility or water bill.
-Property tax bill.
-Pay stub that includes your name and address.
-Business mail dated within the last 60 days.
-Moorage bill or contract showing you live on a boat in a marina.

Please make sure you have your paperwork, updated physical, and fees paid in the HS Main Office.  All fees must be taken care of prior to participation.  

Sport's Physicals  Updated Sport's Physicals are required for each season.

Sign ups/Registration also includes signing up for Activities and paying fees.

HS Activites - Cheer, Science Olympiad, Jazz Band, History Day, and FFA (Future Farmers' of America)

The Office of the State Superintendent of Public Instruction maintains a Washington State Report Card for each public school district and school, showing demographic, assessment, and budget information.

Families can see information for multiple school years and, if interested, can compare Coupeville Elementary School to other schools and/or to state averages.


Who is InvestED? 
InvestED provides funding that supports the efforts of secondary schools throughout Washington state. They partner with 660 schools and assist 25,245 students with small amounts of short-term, item-specific, need-based funding – items such as shoes, coats, glasses, sports equipment, and academic fees.

Coupeville Parents: Your child should have brought home an Impact Aid Survey form. This needs to be filled out and returned to the school, no later than Friday. Please fill out this form if you work in any capacity for our military (active military, civilian contractor, Navy Exchange). A ~SEPARATE FORM~ must be filled out for each child. The district receives federal money for each child that has a parent or legal guardian working on the base. Attached is the form. Thank you!
