Participation Fees

Participation fees are charged to help with the cost of coaches, advisors, and operational expenses:

  • $50 for each activity, reduced to $35 for students qualifying for a free or reduced-price lunch.

  • $75 for each sport, reduced to $60 for students qualifying for a free or reduced-price lunch.

  • $35 for an annual ASB Card.

Parents/guardians are welcome to use e-Funds for Schools® to make credit/debit card or checking account payments for all student fees.

Physical Exam

To be eligible to participate in athletic activities, each student must have written evidence of a current physical examination.

Please see below for guidelines on current practice regulations:
- No practices/workouts allowed on District property through June 19
- If working with students outside of our District facilities the following must be followed:
1. Per WIAA we are following the guidelines of the NFHS Sheet I sent (Phase 1)

2. Temperature Checks: we will require a signed note from a parent/guardian each day a student is practicing stating that their child's temperature has been checked that morning and it is normal. These notes need to be kept in a folder and with you at all times. If a student/player does not have a signed note they may not participate that day.

3. You may only work with 5 kids per week; it must be the same kids the entire week with no swapping of coaches/kids.

4. Only 5 total may be on site at one time; you cannot have different groups of kids gathered at the same facility at the same time. If you want more kids practicing you have to make available different times for them to show up, with a different coach working with them. In other words if you're doing football you could have 5 lineman come and work with Marcus Carr from 3:00-3:30; then have running backs come and work with Bennett Richter from 3:30-4:00, etc, etc. Marcus, as head coach, can be present but cannot participate with another group of players. Once a new week starts, you can rotate kids/coaches but not until a new week begins.

Remember that the COVID-19 situation is fluid at best and these are the regulations we are working under right now. If new rules/regulations come up we will work within those rules.
