To avoid delays in processing and interruption of meal service:

  • If you live in military privatized housing, don't include BAH allowance in your income

Online payments for school lunches

Coupeville School District offers an online payment system called e~Funds for Schools. e-Funds is available for parents and guardians who choose to make food service payments online using their checking account or credit or debit card account. The convenience and flexibility of e~Funds For Schools will help to eliminate last minute check writing, improve efficiencies, and help reduce costs.

Payments can be made at any time through the e~Funds site available through Family Access. This service is provided by a third-party service provider, which charges a nominal service fee:

  • $1.00 for electronic checking account payments.*

  • $1.95 for debit and credit card payments.

As with other online payments, it will take 2-3 days for payments to process.

Payments for all students in a family can be made in a single session and for a single fee, ensuring that all lunch accounts are current. There is also an option to schedule a series of payments during the school year. Please review the account options carefully to determine the best option for your family.

*Please note: NSF payments from a checking account will automatically be re-submitted. If, after the third attempt, the account does not have sufficient funds, there will be a fee of $15 assessed.
