• High school credit Opt-Out

    Credits earned in high school level courses taken in the middle school will automatically appear on the student's transcript. If you would like to remove high school credit earned at the middle school from the high school transcript, please complete the Opt-Out form.

  • Recommendation

    Students may request a recommendation letter from a teacher or counselor. Make sure you request the letter at least three weeks in advance using the form provided.

    All Seniors are advised to fill out the Universal Scholarship Application.  Even if you do not plan on attending a college or university, please complete the form.
