Coupeville Educational Support Association

The CESA represents the majority of classified staff in the district. Only bus drivers, department supervisors and district office staff are exempt from representation. Individuals are elected to serve as co-presidents, vice president, secretary and treasurer. 

A group of CESA members serves on a Collaboration Team and meets monthly with the superintendent.

All benefits, wages, and terms of employment are defined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the CESA and the school district. This agreement may be modified by one or more memorandums of understanding during the term of the agreement.
