CES Registration Information

 

Preregistration for new students entering kindergarten through 5th grade in the 2026-2027 school year begins on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. We strongly encourage families to preregister as soon as possible so they can connect with upcoming school information and participate in new student events happening this spring. Preregistration is also vital for our staff to plan for the next school year. 

Please use the link below to submit the initial registration information and to request a registration packet. 

Currently enrolled CES students do not need to preregister for the next school year. 

 

Registration Requirements:

-Kindergarten students must be age 5 on or before August 31st.

-A copy of your student’s State issued birth certificate.

-A copy of your student’s immunization records verified by a health care provider is required prior to the first day of school.

-Proof of residency (Examples: Letter from Social Security, Washington State Driver’s License or ID, Mortgage Statement/Current Lease, Homeowner’s Insurance Declaration, Property Tax Statement, Utility Bills - water, sewer, gas, electricity or garbage.)  

-Approved Choice Transfer request if you live outside of the Coupeville School District.
