2024/2025 Impact Aid Program Survey Form

Wednesday, October 16th, we are sending home an Impact Aid Program Survey Form for your student(s). They are due back by Thursday, October the 17th or as soon as possible. These forms are for those families that are associated with the military. This form is for Armed Forces including active duty, reserves, foreign military or if you are civilian working on Federal Property. We do not need them filled out or sent back if you are not associated with the Armed Forces in any way or if you are retired military.

Please fill out one form per student. The form assists our school district in helping to qualify for over $50,000 in support through the Federal Impact Aid program.
