Our schools are your schools
Approximately 100 regular employees provide a broad range of services to students and families, and support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the schools. Some of these same employees, as well as community members, support student athletic, academic, performing arts, and leadership activities as coaches and advisors.

Highly Qualified
The district ensures that all teachers and all paraeducators meet the federal requirements to be highly qualified for the subjects they teach or support.

Teacher/Principal Evaluation Project
Coupeville School District has adopted the Marzano model for teacher evaluation and the Association of Washington School Principals framework for school principal evaluation.
