Student Support Services
Welcome to the Student Support Services of Coupeville School District. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support and resources to ensure every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We offer a variety of programs and services tailored to meet the diverse needs of our student community, including:
- Special Education: Providing individualized educational plans and services for students with disabilities to support their learning and development.
- McKinney-Vento Program: Assisting students experiencing homelessness to ensure they have equal access to educational opportunities.
- Migrant Education Program: Offering specialized support to children of migratory agricultural workers, ensuring their unique educational needs are met.
- Highly Capable Program: Identifying and serving students who demonstrate exceptional academic abilities through enriched and advanced learning opportunities.
- Learning Assistance Program (LAP) / Title I: Providing targeted instructional support to help students who are struggling academically to meet state standards.
- Foster Care Education: Ensuring students in foster care receive the stability and support needed to succeed in school.
- Multi-Language Learner (MLL) Program: Supporting students who are learning English as an additional language to achieve language proficiency and academic success.
- Mental/Behavioral Health Services: Offering counseling and mental health services to support the well-being of our students.
- Additional Family Resources: Connecting families with community resources and services to support the holistic needs of our students.
