504 Plans

504 Accommodation Plans allows for students with diagnosed disabilities to have access to accommodations that will allow them to engage in school to its fullest extent. Accommodations may be academic, socioemotional, or otherwise. 504 Plans are updated on a yearly basis to assess continuing need.
