Bus Services & Registration Information
Registration is completed each school year. If your family moves or your contact information changes during the year, please let your student’s school know right away — keeping your information current helps us keep your child safe.
What Every Family Needs to Provide
When you register, we’ll ask for the following:
- Your child’s full legal name (as it appears in enrollment records)
- Grade level, school name, and/or school program (ECEAP, MLL, Early Education, etc.) attending
- Your home street address (physical address used for deciding on bus stop location)
- Parent or guardian full name
- A phone number where we can reach you during school hours
- A second phone number as a backup and an email address
- An emergency contact name and number (someone other than the parent/guardian)
A Little Extra Information for Some Families
Students with an IEP or 504 Plan:
If your child has an Individualized Education Program (IEP) or 504 Plan that includes transportation, we want to make sure we’re serving them well. We’ll need:
- A copy of the current IEP or 504 plan
- Any transportation-specific needs documented by the IEP or 504 team
- Any medical or behavioral information that helps us transport your child safely
- Transportation is a related service under IDEA. If it’s part of your child’s transportation specific IEP or 504 plan, we are required to provide it as part of their Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE).
Students Experiencing Homelessness:
Under the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act, we are committed to removing transportation as a barrier to school attendance. If your family is experiencing housing instability:
- Please contact our McKinney-Vento liaison right away — we will work to set up transportation as quickly as possible.
Foster Care Students:
Students in foster care have special protections under RCW 28A.225.330, including the right to stay enrolled in their school of origin even after a placement change. If this applies to your family:
- We coordinate between the district, DCYF, and the placing agency to arrange transportation.
- Please contact the Transportation Director or Student Services Liaison directly so we can set up routing that works for everyone.
Re-Registering Each Year
- Families must re-register at the beginning of each school year.
- If your address or contact information changes, please notify your students school as soon as possible. This helps ensure your child is picked up and dropped off at the right location and that we can reach you in an emergency.

Parent App – “EZ Arrival”
The BusQuest & EZ A2B app has been replaced with the new “EZ Arrival” app, as of Aug 1st, 2026. The new app will provide you with an improved end user experience for all transportation needs for your students.
If you haven’t downloaded the EZ Arrival app, please find the links to the Apple and the Google Play stores below:

Prefer Not to Use the App?
The EZ Arrival app is our preferred registration method, but we understand it isn't the best fit for every family. You can also register using the online registration form below.
Please note: registering by form means you won't have access to the app's features — real-time bus tracking, delay notifications, schedule viewing, and the ability to quickly submit or modify transportation requests. You can switch to the app at any time. Online Registration Form
