Facility Rentals

    • Coupeville School District facilities are available to the community  to rent and use based on a first come first serve policy, with District events and activities having priority over community use of facilities. All rental and use requests must be submitted through our online calendar and facility request portal, FMXFMX, which allows us to coordinate, track, and manage the use of our district’s facilities, helping us reduce scheduling conflicts with the facilities.

    • You will need to create a community user account to submit your request. You will be able to upload your liability insurance directly under your account. Prior to submitting your facilities use request, please look at the District’s event calendar and review Coupeville School District’s Facility Rental Policy and Procedure before making your request. Our facilities rental coordinator Karissa Swain receives an email notification once your request has been submitted and will reach out to you to schedule an event walk through a minimum of two weeks prior to your event to discuss the logistics of your event.
